Small Progress

El Heraldo, in its Minute by Minute column, indicates that Roberto Micheletti has issued a weak call on the National Congress to decide the issue of restitution of Manuel Zelaya as President of Honduras. In a press release, Micheletti wrote

"I respectfully call on the National Congress to continue their consultation and move forward on their decision on point 5 of Executive Power of the referenced Accord, about whether or not to restore Mr. Zelaya."
