Final Proposal Being Floated
Radio Globo reports that the Micheletti delegation is making their final offer at this moment in the Hotel Clarion. Their 3 hour extension expires at 4 PM, Tegucigalpa time, about 40 minutes from now.
According to to Publico.es, the military is gumming things up now, because they want amnesty..
